This conference was billed as a national debate on the value and status of childrens art in the Uk and internationally. Room 13 was proud to take centre stage along with other keynote speakers such as Sir Nicholas Serota, Professor Jonathan Fineberg and Westminster's Minister for Culture, David Lammy MP.
