Exhibitions Room 13 artwork has been exhibited in public art galleries in the UK and abroad. Our studios exhibited collectively for the first time in 2004, at Kingley Court's Art Space, London thanks to the NCA. Conferences The artists and young people involved in Room 13 are often invited to speak about the project at arts events & conferences. Among the events at which Room 13 delegates have attended as keynote speakers have been; Artworks conference in Tate Modern, July 2005; IDEC Conference in Bubaneshwar, India, November 2004; Creativity in Education conference at Tate Britain, June 2002. We have also conducted seminar sessions at many other conferences across the UK. Open Weeks Room 13 studios across the UK welcome visitors during our open weeks held throughout the year. The Room 13 studios in Lochaber, Scotland have proved most popular among visitors. Room 13 Workshops & Seminars In order to satisfy the demand for information about Room 13, we are developing further ways to share our ethos and working practice. We offer seminars, workshops and short courses on Room 13 which may be of interest to teachers, artists and other . Please contact Room 13 HQ for more information. Summer Schools & Specialist Courses Our pilot summer school aims to cover as much of Room 13 working practice as possible and should be of interest to anyone looking for new ways of thinking about the way they make art.
